About
I founded the Sustainability Embassy in Romania in 2017. Since then, it has brought companies, experts, public institutions and civil society into one community. The goal is for Romanian companies to be ready for the rules, risks and opportunities of an economy reshaped by the climate crisis.
Every day I write the Daily Briefing, an article on what is changing for business in practical terms. Two Embassy initiatives resulted in legislative change in Romania: amendments to the Food Waste Law (RO) and the adoption of Law 157/2023 establishing National Sustainability Day (RO).
Between 2014 and 2021, I was also General Manager of Global Compact Network Romania, the local network of the UN Global Compact.
